Summer is over and we have begun to kick up those heaters to stave off the cold, at least until we get the bill in the mail. I remember when our kids were little, my husband would go around the house turning off lights saying, "who am I, Mr. Edison?" Many years later it seems I have assumed that role of energy conservationist in our home.
