While retirement is far off in my future, many of our friends and clients are approaching this milestone. Recent revelations about our economic structure have government making changes to public programs, the largest being Social Security. Now, I have been taught not to count on this income as it may not exist when I'm ready to retire as many in my generation believe. In all fairness, this recent change was considered a loophole by many. Now that budgets everywhere are under scrutiny, loopholes are being sewn up.
