We build relationships with our clients so we try to prepare them as much as possible. This is especially true with qualifying for a loan. We encourage our clients to get pre-qualified so they know how much they can afford. It's painful to watch the unprepared client have their hopes dashed because they thought they could afford a larger mortgage when the reality was they could afford less.
