Most people that enjoy shopping, (I didn't get that gene) will comparison shop for just about anything from groceries to cars. A new report shows that many people who are shopping for a new home, forget to shop for the best loan. Do yourself a favor and comparison shop for the best deal, but be wise when shopping. If it sounds too good to be true, check it out and find out before you open escrow that your new lender isn't promising something they can't deliver.
