Want to Reduce Your Interest Rate? READ THIS

If your mortgage is backed by a government investor named, Fannie Mae (FNMA), then there is a program that can help you reduce your mortgage interest rate.  The Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) recently had a major remodel allowing more underwater homeowners to take advantage of lower rates to keep them in their homes, aka the HARP II program.

Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae have adopted changes to the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) and you may be eligible to take advantage of these changes.

If your mortgage is owned or guaranteed by either Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae, you may be eligible to refinance your mortgage under the enhanced and expanded provisions of HARP.

You can determine whether your mortgage is owned by either Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae by checking the following websites:
www.freddiemac.com/mymortgage   or   http://www.fanniemae.com/loanlookup.

Contact your trusted lender of your choice to find out more information regarding the HARP program.  For additional details, you may contact Christine Eskina, Senior Loan Officer with WJ Bradley Mortgage Capital by email: Christineeskina@yahoo.com or phone 909-229-2785 (NMLS # 290865)
